Making Memories as new tool, the Slice digital design cutter. It will be available for purchase summer 2008. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Here's why...- It's small, only 5 inches square.
- It's light, less than 2 pounds.
- It doesn't require a computer.
- It can cut almost every paper - including vellum, vinyl, textured cardstock and photos up to .5 mm thick.
- It can cut any size of paper.
- It doesn't require a computer cartridge with special matching keypad.
- It is cordless (though it shows one in the picture on the right, that is for the recharging its batteries).
- It claims to be easy to use. The video seems to confirm it.
